原因：

重復加載。第一次，使用anaconda創(chuàng)建新環(huán)境安裝prtorch時輸入過，后來刪掉環(huán)境后重新安裝prtorch時出現(xiàn)這個錯誤。

解決方法：

找到用戶下一個叫.condarc的文件。文件路徑在：C:\Users\17653（17653是我的用戶名）下。

用記事本打開該文件。

我的打開是這樣：

修改完之后是這樣：

然后保存。重新輸入https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/便不會出錯了。
